Install
An hour of interview about how the business really works, then the configuration itself. You are needed for the interview and the connection approvals.

Training
One session about two weeks after the install, once you have lived with it. We look at how you are actually using it, refine the tasks that need it, and cover the parts you have not touched yet. Real work, your own data, you driving.

30-day check-in
We adjust the tasks that are not landing and retire the ones you do not read. Then the engagement closes and it is yours to run.
